Introduction
Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Kolkata (herein after referred to as "the School") as managed & controlled by Maharishi Mahila Education Society provides an online payment facility through its official website www.mvmkolkata.org for the convenience of parents/guardians/students.
All online payments are processed through authorized and secure payment gateways (Razorpay Payment Gateway) and are subject to the rules, regulations and guidelines of the respective banks and financial institutions associated with the transaction.
By using this online payment facility, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the School as well as those of the concerned banks, payment gateway service providers and regulatory authorities governing such transactions.
The School and its associated banking/payment partners shall not be held responsible for any transaction failure, delay or discrepancy arising due to technical issues, banking network problems or circumstances beyond their control.

Payment Terms
Payments can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI via a secure payment gateway (Razor Pay Payment gateway).
The school is not responsible for any transaction failure due to:
i Poor internet connection
ii Bank server issues
iii Payment gateway downtime
In case of failed transactions where money is debited, users should contact their bank first. The amount is usually auto-reversed within 5–7 working days.

Acceptance of Policy
By using the online payment facility provided by Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Kolkata, all users — including parents/guardians and students — agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms, refund policy, cancellation policy and privacy policy of the School.
Further, all transactions processed through the payment gateway are also subject to the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the respective banks and financial institutions.
The concerned banks/payment gateway service providers, by facilitating the transaction, acknowledge that any refund or cancellation of payment shall be carried out only after due intimation and approval from the School authority, in accordance with the policies stated herein.
By proceeding with any transaction, both the user and the associated banks/payment gateway service provider agree to abide by these policies.
